2026 MSI Aspiring Leader

Carolyn Eastlin serves as Vice President for Student Affairs and Strategic Enrollment at Oklahoma City Community College, where she provides strategic leadership for student success, enrollment growth, student engagement, and institutional effectiveness. A first-generation college graduate and higher education executive, Eastlin brings more than 10 years of progressive leadership experience in student affairs, compliance, enrollment strategy, and organizational leadership.

Throughout her career, she has led initiatives focused on access, retention, belonging, and workforce readiness while advancing student-centered practices that strengthen institutional culture and operational excellence. Her expertise spans strategic enrollment management, Title IX and civil rights compliance, student conduct, employee relations, crisis response, and organizational policy development.

Eastlin is widely recognized for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to student advocacy, and ability to align institutional strategy with measurable outcomes. She remains actively engaged in professional and community organizations dedicated to leadership, equity, and educational advancement.
