Carolyn I. Eastlin

A first-generation college graduate and higher education executive, Eastlin brings more than 10 years of progressive leadership experience in student affairs, compliance, enrollment strategy, and organizational leadership.

Her expertise spans strategic enrollment management, Title IX and civil rights compliance, student conduct, employee relations, crisis response, and organizational policy development.
