Will Guzmán
2026 MSI Aspiring Leader
With over 21 years in higher education and additional roles in the non-profit, corporate, and government sectors, Will Guzmán has been a residential fellow at the National Humanities Center, a published author, and a series editor who has taught thousands of students. A graduate of St. Anthony of Padua School, Passaic High School, Valencia Community College (AA), Florida A&M University (BS), Florida State University (MS), and the University of Texas–El Paso (PhD), Will is a first-generation college graduate who became bilingual when enrolled in the one-year ESL program at P.S. #7 in Passaic, NJ. He has won awards for his scholarship, community service, and mentoring, living by Shirley Chisholm's mantra: "Service is the rent we pay for the privilege of living on this Earth."
