Ginger Stull
Ginger C. Stull is a doctoral student at the University of Pennsylvania, and Program Coordinator for the Executive Doctorate in Higher Education Management. Her current research interests include Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), higher education policy, and funding inequities in higher education. Before coming to Penn she served as a lecturer and administrator in the Theater Arts Department at New Mexico State University, a HSI. Her background in the performing arts includes work for organizations such as NBC, USA, Lionsgate Films, Joffery Ballet, and the Santa Fe Opera. Over the last 12 years she has also held a variety of teaching and administrative roles in higher education, at both under-resourced and elite institutions. She is currently researching how MSIs respond to performance funding and reporting mandates in the Southwest, and how MSI leaders influence public policy. She is a proud graduate of an HSI, the University of New Mexico.
