Georgina Aguilar

Georgina Aguilar is a second-year sociology major at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is part of the Promise Scholars Program and currently serves as the President for a student-run organization called Promise Scholars at UCSB. In addition, she is a student staff member for the Educational Opportunity Program at UCSB, which primarily serves first-generation and income-eligible students. Georgina is passionate about being involved both in and out of the university and strives to give back to students belonging to underrepresented communities like herself.
