Victoria Parker

Victoria Parker is a second-year master’s student in the Department of Agricultural Sciences Education and Commination. She received her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a concentration in Agribusiness from Prairie View A&M University. While in attendance at Prairie View A&M University, Victoria was a USDA 1890 scholar with the USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS). During her time at NASS, Victoria worked on multiple federal surveys. Victoria serves as the Assessment and Evaluation Coordinator of Mentoring@Purdue (M@P) program. As the Assessment and Evaluation coordinator, Victoria administrates and analyzes M@P workshop evaluations. As Graduate Agriculture Representative, for Purdue’s Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Related Sciences (MANRRS) chapter, Victoria advocates for current and future graduate students. Victoria’s research interests focus on minority students’ experiences with studying abroad.
