Tyler Hallmark

Tyler is a master's student in the International Educational Development Program at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education and a research assistant at the Penn Center for Minority Serving Institutions. Tyler has interned both domestically, with the White House Initiative on American Indian and Alaska Native Education in Washington, DC, as well as internationally, with Contact North | Contact Nord in Ontario, Canada. His research focuses on postsecondary education access and equity for marginalized groups, particularly looking at the emergence of MSIs abroad and the role (or potential role) of e-learning at Tribal Colleges and Universities.
