Luisa Perez

Luisa Fernanda Perez is pursuing a B.A. in Art History with a minor in Museum Studies at The University of Texas at El Paso. Luisa was born in Cd. Juarez and currently resides in El Paso, Texas. She is a member of the Art History Association and an active scholar of the Mascarenas Foundation, which focuses on promoting the well-being of the border community through programs intended to develop cultural and social aspects. In addition, Luisa was an intern assisting the educational team at the Juarez Art Museum INBA, and at the El Paso Museum of Art, where she works with the registrar and the preparator’s department. Luisa Fernanda’s research interests include Latin American art, modern and contemporary art, and neurodivergence in art.
