Hector Molina

Hector Molina is an IT and higher education leader with 28 years of experience across corporate, state government, and university settings. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Wilmington University, four advanced degrees, and 20 IT industry certifications. Molina currently serves as Dean at Ivy Tech Community College - Hamilton County campus in Noblesville, Indiana. Previously, he was the Vice Chancellor for Innovation, Technology, and Operations at Fayetteville State University, where Molina oversaw IT strategy, infrastructure, and services supporting research, teaching, enterprise applications, and information security. Known for his visionary leadership, ethical integrity, and results-driven approach, he excels in leveraging technology to address institutional challenges and foster student and faculty success. With expertise in project management, enterprise computing, and organizational leadership, Molina is dedicated to creating innovative, inclusive environments that empower individuals and advance institutional goals.
