Anne-Marie Nunez

Anne-Marie Nuñez is an associate professor in higher education at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). Her research addresses individual and institutional experiences and conditions that promote student and faculty success. Her recent studies have focused on Latino student and faculty transitions to various types of higher education institutions, including HSIs. She received the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE) Mildred Garcia award in 2011 for her research on historically underrepresented groups in higher education.
