Angela Small Blalock

Angela Small Blalock is a graduate of Savannah State College (University), the Ohio State University, and the University of South Carolina, where she earned the Doctorate of Musical Arts in Vocal Performance. She is equally comfortable in the classroom and onstage as a performer--two environments where she has shown herself to be highly skilled and respected by her peers.  Students past and present consistently demonstrate that her teaching methods are sound and effective, tailored to meet the needs of the individual, with several students who are now Music educators and/or performing artists. 

Blalock currently serves as Chairperson of the Music Department and Director of the Concert Choir at Allen University in Columbia, South Carolina.
