Fabiola Santos

Program Assistant

Fabiola Santos is the Program Assistant at the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Institute for Leadership, Equity, and Justice and the Rutgers Center for Minority Serving Institutions. In this role, Fabiola works closely with the Director for Programs and Strategy to support the management of the programs and events of the Institute and Center. Fabiola is a proud alumna of Rutgers University. She studied Women and Gender Studies with a minor in Education. During her time at Rutgers, she held numerous positions in different organizations. She was a peer academic leader for Douglass Residential College, Global Village, where she had the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica and participate in community service. Additionally, she was secretary for the Latino Student Council and a radiant sister of Omega Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, an organization that focuses on empowering women and bringing awareness of violence against women. Fabiola is very passionate about working with students as well as being an activist for her community. In her free time, she enjoys painting; her art is focused on empowering women and helping them accept their natural beauty.
