Assistant Director for Operations
Destiny Jenkins serves as the Assistant Director for Operations for the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Institute for Leadership, Equity, and Justice and the Rutgers Center for Minority Serving Institutions. Destiny assists with the management and all administrative functions by providing general office support to the Director of Operations and Strategy, as well as the Executive Director, and programming team. Destiny also contributes to the smooth operation of the Samuel D. Proctor Institute. She is a graduate of Rutgers University, where she obtained her B.A. in Communication. She minored in Psychology and continues to have strong interest and deep passion for both fields.
