Casey Boland

Senior Research Associate

William Casey Boland is a Senior Research Associate at the Rutgers Center for Minority Serving Institutions and an Assistant Professor in the Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College- The City University of New York. His research explores the impact of state and federal public policies on Minority Serving institutions (MSIs). This includes how state accountability policies affect MSIs, the relationship between federal policies and MSI student outcomes, and the role of politics in policymaking in majority-minority states.
