Ashley Prat

Ashley Prat is pursuing a B.A. in English and American Literature and a minor in Sociology at The University of Texas, El Paso (UTEP). Her academic interests are in sociolinguistics and in how literature influences the social status of language. In the past, she has interned at the United States Coast Guard Academy and Stanford University. She is also a part of the University Honors Program and is currently involved with the Liberal Arts Honors Program and the Healthy Miners Organization.
